Weddings.
A very pretty wedding of unusual interest was solemnised on 20th June at 11.30 a.m., in the Methodist Church, Hannam Vale, by the Rev. A. Robens, the contracting parties being Neil Edward, second son of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Drury, of Ghinni, and Emmie Roberta, third eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Bignell, of Hannam Vale.
There was a large attendance as the bride entered the prettily-decorated church on the arm of her father, who subsequently gave her away. She was modestly and daintily attired in an ankle-length frock of white morocain, trimmed with all-over silk lace, and finished at the back with a large bow over which fell her long veil, kept in place by a coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a bouquet of pink and white Karl Druscki roses and fern tied with ivory ribbon.
The bridesmaid, Miss Lottie Bignell, sister of the bride, chose a soft pale pink morocain for her frock, made plain to the ankle and finished with a double frill at the hem-line. Her hat toned with the frock, and with the bride she wore white shoes. A pretty bouquet of pink and white sweet peas and roses complete
